Audible was celebrating 5 years in Australia and wanted to mark the occasion with an audiobook sale event on site that would excite our members. Because we wanted to go big, it had to be fleeting.
I came up with a "5 years, 5 days, $5 each" hook, featuring fan favourite titles from each year of Audible's operation in Oz. I selected the titles, wrote the copy, then briefed our agency on the assets.
I requested a colourful, hand-drawn aesthetic to give it a "kids' party but for adults" vibe. I also thought some falling streamers would add to the fun, so I briefed the assets as a gif treatment, which was a first for Audible AU. After iteration, here's where we landed.

Audible Australia wanted to kick off the new year with a showcase of the best self-help audiobooks through January. Having so many sub-genres to work with meant we could highlight a different angle each week.
I briefed in a simple, clean, 'premium' aesthetic with a mood board of aspirational imagery. My copy was simple and consistent, only deviating for each CTA to match the visuals representing each sub-genre.
(Ironically enough, this was how we began 2020.)
